Excellent opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Administrator to join online company providing media services to businesses in the UK.
Your role will be to liaise with 3rd parties to provide payment solutions on Business to Consumer websites, and to ensure that clients go live in a timely manner, and carrying out quality control on the clients to ensure no “unwarranted” or illegal content is uploaded on the site as well as reporting to the director with weekly sales performance figures, advising improvements to the site and giving feed back to sales desks from client contact.
You will need minimum 2 years experience in E-commerce, 2 years customer service phone experience as well as previous knowledge of Online customer service. Writing for the Internet with strong strategic thinking, verbal and communication skills is essential. You must have strong attention to detail. Good team player with excellent time management skills. Having experience in programming or shopping cart, awareness of Visa*MasterCard Rules and regulations, Online payments and KYC is highly desirable.
